RTS 'Digital Media' workstations offer a real-time high quality hardware-based solution for media capture, encoding, streaming and archiving applications. 

The systems feature Digital Rapids PCI capture and processing boards and Digital Rapids 'Stream' software application, a powerful streaming and media ingest application which is straightforward and easy to use, controls all of your content, manages all of the real-time encoding parameters and the distribution and archiving of your media.

RTS 'Digital Media' workstations are available to suit most requirements from entry level basic encoding to multiple simultaneous high data rate streaming applications.

client’s individual specifications. The workstations feature the latest computer technologies to provide a high performance, reliable and robust platform for professional applications.

Motion adaptive de-interlacing and 3D noise reduction, aspect ratio conversion, cropping, scaling, shrink, zoom and graphics overlay

  Real-time hardware audio processing:

8 channels with 7-band parametric EQ per channel,dynamic range

compression & expansion and hardware sample rate conversion

  Comprehensive capture & encoding codecs:

Windows Media 9, Real 9 (Helix), Quicktime 6, DivX, MPEG-1, MPEG-2, MPEG-4 and uncompressed broadcast quality video Elementary / Program Stream / Transport Stream, DVD / Video CD /Super Video CD

  Simultaneous multi-format streaming:at up to 15Mb/s encoded

data rates per stream

  Single, dual and multiple channel input options

  Analogue & digital video signal input options:

Composite, S-Video, Component, DV1394 and SDI

  RS-422 control, network & remote operation
